Denver is feeling more like winter (snow & 2F one night -17 c) instead of the 71 F (22C weather) which actually makes me happy...go figure the Florida gal would like her seasons

All the Winter CHA new  products are up on the Fancy Pants website & on the blog.  It is definitely good to be fancy.  So wish I was going to the event....sigh.  Here are my layouts/mini/home decor with the latest products:

The paper lines are so pretty and such a variety.  Love all the new stamps, ribbon, buttons, etc. I can't decide which one is my favorite....it changes daily.  I can't wait to see the Kraft Kuts in person...or the On Display Frames.

1. Enough with the headaches.

2. Balancing Daily Life (what I should do versus what I actually do) causes me to be conflicted.

3. I've been craving POT ROAST.

4. Anthony makes me laugh. ALWAYS

5. I wish I could go to the beach next week. kind of hard to do in Colorado.

6. Living Healthier has been on my mind lately.

7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to Pot Roast (see above craving), tomorrow my plans include puttering (Andy & Anthony are going skiing, Lexi is at Nana & Papa's) and Sunday, I want to Chilax with the family!

I have been distracted this week.  A good distraction...no GREAT distraction.  Little Miss Fancy Pants sent out boxes and mine arrived early this week.  Insert squeals of delight here.  I am having  a blast creating with their new products.  They are so  jaw dropping Fantastic.  The first peek is up over at the Fancy blog:

My Word up over at One Little Word and I decided to use my 2009 word.  I used my December Kenner Road kit.    I had fun with my Glimmering Mists, paints, & distressing.  I love the quote I found for this page.  There is also hidden journaling behind the picture.  Thanks to Andy for taking some new shots of me.

Out with 2008, Looking forward to 2009.  Love that this picture is kind of Old meets New (old building reflecting in the new building).  Glimmering Mists + KI Lace = Yummy goodness.  And taking something "old" (as in product) and making it "new" again.

1. It's January; I am happy it's a new year...goodbye 2008, hello 2009...you look so good.

2. Time with my friends is what I crave most right now.

3. Cork and wine go together like Chai Tea & Lindt Chocolate....i don't know why just go with it

4.  Italian Food is so nourishing....at least in my house it is!

5. Let us dare to dream we can change the world with love.

The January Memory Makers is out and I still keep thinking that any moment they are going to tell me, "um sorry, you're really not a master."  I can't lie....seeing my name there sent chills down my spine.  (and it was even spelled correctly!)  Back in August they asked a bunch of questions and of course they pick my dorkiest answer.

me: I like to call my style Uptown Antique Brie: a little class, a little vintage, and a lot of good cheese

I think that may need further explaining to make sure I leave you with no doubt of my utter lack of coolness.  My complete description is: 

I love the new, flashy stuff but have a passion for vintage items.  I love to push the edge of products and use them in unconventional ways.  Most of my layouts (if not all) are cheesy, scrapping the emotions and everyday moments.  I love using bold colors and combining colors that surprise people.
