You have just come from Phillipa's blog. She has such a lovely creation!
Here is what I created from the ‘whitewashed’ His Room Palette. A sweet little 5x7 canvas using gesso, mists, book paper, a touch of pattern paper, and a letter press card.

Some things you may not know about me......
1. I am original from Florida but live (& LOVE) in Denver, Colorado, USA. I am currently Designing for Cocoa Daisy, the Color Room, Lily Bee Design, Maya Road, and Purple Onion.
2. I live with my two teens, Lexi & Anthony, 3 chihuahuas, and my hubby Andy (who also resides in Qatar).
3. On my desk right now you will find a big messy pile including gesso, mists, & a chai tea.
4. My favourite colors to work with at the moment are yellow, grey, & aqua.

TCR # 12 - Almost
5. What kind of themes do you often scrap? I like to tell stories with my scrapping so you will often find personal views on everyday life.

6. Where do you scrap? i have a rather large studio that includes a 14 ft desk (a little over 4 meters).
7. What is your scrapping process? i usually start with a story &/or photographs and let the page evolve there. You can usually find paints & mists on my page. I build up my base and then add bits & pieces here and there. Last is usually my title & journaling.

8. My favorite food is DESSERTS. it's my weakness. Along with Chai Tea Lattes.
9. My top 3 favourite tools are paint brushes, sewing maching, & scissors.
10. I get my inspiration from everywhere! There is so much beauty in this world so my inspiration does come everywhere...a story to tell, color combinations, fashion, other scrappers/artist. I love this world.
11. Describe a Technique you used on your project this week... My little canvas was created using just gesso & mists. First prep the background with gesso, then start layering your mists. i sprayed two mists on the ones side while both were still wet to create a watercolor effect.
