Alexi & I planned a little surprise party for Anthony. Well it didn't turn out to be that much of a surprise when you try to keep a secret amongst teenagers. Plus he is a little too smart for his own good and figured out something was up. What he didn't know about was the "hipster" part of his part, a photobooth set up complete with vintage cameras and all these fun photo booth props. I was worried whether a 16 year old would think it too uncool to do these kinds of shots. I worried for nothing, all the teens absolutely loved it.
While i could create these pops, time and a hoovering teen are a big factor so i opted to purchase them from Itty Bitty Wedding Etsy shop. So happy i did. Kathy was so easy to work with on my custom order for Anthony's party. I placed the props in little colorful buckets on a table with my vintage camera next to my white backdrop ( a simple sheet flung over my backyard fence). If When i do this again, i will put some floral foam in the buckets to hold the props. I would probably organize them by type instead of organically. It was kind of hard to see all the different props. Regardless, we had a ton of fun using them and i was so impressed by all the expressions. Here's a look at all the fun photos.
