Thought you might like to see this 3 minute video on how the 787 comes together for Qatar Airways. It's pretty cool to watch. So proud of Andrew. He is about halfway through his ground and simulator training on Qatar's New Boeing 787 Dreamliner. Long ago he dreamed of flying the big boys and now it is coming true. It's amazing how he has come full circle for when he was an aerospace engineer (yeah baby i married a rocket scientist) he worked for Boeing on the 767 simulators. And now he is flying one of their planes. Andrew had his technical exam a couple days ago which he passed with flying colors (i'm so punny). He still has more simulator training , license skills test, and flight training still yet to go. We are so proud of him and all he accomplishes for this family. We are also blessed that he will have some time off while we are there over Christmas & New Years.
