To resolve to do something, to make a decision. It’s an inbuilt emotion. It’s a capacity that is immeasurable. It’s a determination and it’s a choice.
This week I watched as my parents signed off a new will. One piece of paper sharing a final declaration of what they hope will happen once they die. It made me think about my own legacies and what I will leave behind.
My will, what is it? My will could be to do, to say, to be. My will could be for today, tomorrow or forever.
I chose to scrap about my forever will. My promise to love my kids no matter what.
There are days when it takes much determination to see that promise through. Sometimes it’s hard but my choice is to keep doing it regardless of how hard it may be.
and guess who's joing us again......
Jessica Lute was with OLW in the very beginning. She took some time off and is now back bringing her twist on OLW through her unique style. And she's kicking off her return with a bang.
We also have some random winners to announce from our contest. We appreciate everyone playing along with us! We have fun filled packages for the following:
Ladies, please email me your address at HelpMe@RondaPalazzari.com with "OLW WINNER" in the subject. We will get your prizes in the mail!
If you want to play along this month and create something using this word up, please share a link at the bottom of this post with the inlinkz button. Please leave a link to a specific blog post or image on flickr, rather than a general url. Online galleries work too! We look forward to seeing what you create (art journal, scrapbook page, mini album, etc). We will leave the link open until June 15th!
