I must admit 2012 so far has been really good to me. I feel really positive about this year. I know seeing Andy in Doha recharged me and made me feel like anything is possible with hardwork & hope. I like the way that sounds hardwork & hope. And while i have been extremely busy with CHA & other work, i don't feel the usual bog down that i did last year. I am seeing things in a whole new light and am ready to tackle this year.
The above layout was a just for me layout. I don't get to say that very often. You shouldn't take that statement the wrong way. I love that my job, my profession, lets me create every day. I feel extremely blessed because of it. However i don't often sit down to take time for me. Tsk Tsk Tsk. I need to do it more often. This layout really fell onto the page rather quickly. And while it is a fairly simple layout for me, i am totally digging it. I really love bold & graphic typography. This is my nod to that design. I totally love that quote from Maya Angelou and thought it went perfectly with my photo. This is me, this year, waiting & wanting for moments to take my breath away.
